Gayle Hurd, News/Public Affair Director WFXC/WFXK-FM recently presented a $2,500 check from the BC Powder Foundation to the Kappas of Durham Foundation to benefit it’s Beautillion Scholarship and R.N. Harris Little Brothers Programs.

The Kappas of Durham Foundation made a presentation to Mr. Michael Tally, Principal of Eaton-Johnson Middle School representing the $3,000 grant donated to the school.  This grant provides North Carolina EOG (End of Grade) Prep Workbooks for 7th grade students.
